Theo Gress
Resilient Adaptation Associate
Theo is a California native. He is passionate about science, environmental sustainability, and education, and has worked for CRC since completing Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in biology at Stanford University. His time at CRC has deepened his commitment to environmental justice and passion for working with people to create solutions to environmental and justice issues collaboratively.
As an AmeriCorps VISTA member he supported the development of multiple programs on the CRC Education team. He is proud that the Youth Climate Collective program has grown to support more students and more workshops in its continuing years.
More About Theo Gress
Currently, Theo is an associate on the CRC adaptation program. The adaptation program implements tangible action oriented projects to address community priorities in response to climate hazards. The values of all the projects he works on feel grounded in what community members want and enjoys engaging the many people and organizations working towards more climate ready communities with CRC.
