2025
Annual Report
CRC's work is rooted in the lived experiences of residents on the frontlines of climate change. Explore how our programs, partnerships, and community leadership helped drive solutions rooted throughout the Bay Area.
At Climate Resilient Communities (CRC), our work is rooted in the lived experiences of frontline residents who face the most severe climate threats. Across East Palo Alto, Belle Haven, North Fair Oaks, and the greater Bay Area, CRC empowers community voices — youth, elders, families — to create locally-led solutions for resilience, safety, and long-term thriving.
In 2025, CRC expanded our impact through deep partnerships, new leadership programs, and tangible neighborhood projects. From protecting homes against rising heat and smoke to launching new Climate Change Community Teams (CCCTs) in historically under-resourced areas, CRC is building a model of community-driven climate action that is powerful, replicable, and just.
Together, we are not just responding to the climate crisis — we are reimagining what resilience looks like when it is built by and for the people most affected.

Celebrating Community-Led Resilience: CRC’s 2025 Annual Report

From CPR training for our communities to helping develop local policy change to developing multiple new Climate Change Community Teams, the report highlights real solutions shaped by the communities we serve.
