Ines Koch
Special Projects Manager
Ines Koch is passionate about integrating environmental and social concerns, encompassing equity, community resilience, and social and environmental justice. She holds a Master's degree in Global Development Practice from Harvard Extension School, USA, and a Master's degree in Environmental Science and Technology from the Technical University of Berlin, Germany. She previously worked at the German Federal Environment Agency as part of the European Environment Agency's Topic Centre on Air and Climate Change, and at the United Nations Disaster Risk Reduction (UN DRR) Regional Office for the Americas and the Caribbean, Panama, for the UN DRR initiative Making Cities Resilient 2030.

Her interests and experiences are in sustainable and equitable urban planning, climate adaptation, carbon accounting, Green Schools, community development, and disaster risk reduction, focused on engaging communities, local organizations, and governments to address multidimensional challenges.
