In the fall of 2022, as wildfire smoke lingered over the Bay Area and families braced for another season of toxic air.  From that urgency — and from the voices of our residents — the Breath of Fresh Air Campaign was born. 

 

What started as a modest goal to raise $15,000 turned into a community-wide show of resilience, raising over $30,000 and delivering 160+ air purifiers directly to households in East Palo Alto, Belle Haven, and North Fair Oaks.
